My husband and I are from the Boston area and got married in April 2014 in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Finding an excellent Justice of the Peace was absolutely crucial to us. We wanted someone reputable and professional yet also someone who was warm and sincere and who would make us feel at ease on our Big Day! Bonnie Burke-Ash (now Bonnie Hamel) was the Justice of the Peace we were looking for and we were so happy she was available! What we loved most about Bonnie (and we met with a lot of JP's during our researching process), was her sincerity and the fact that she really is a true romantic! She was genuinely excited for us and wanted to know all about our background (how we met, how we fell in love, what we loved most about the other person, etc.) and really wanted to make sure she captured our "vision." Bonnie also stood out from the rest of the JP's we had spoken to because she is a true collaborator and had many ideas that she would bring to the table (that we ended up using!). Her rates are very reasonable and she is as professional as you get. We loved getting to know Bonnie and still keep in touch with her today! Bottom line: If you're looking for an excellent Justice of the Peace that goes above and beyond...and beyond...and beyond...and then some...contact Bonnie! You won't be disappointed!

Bonnie was absolutely wonderful!! I contacted her about a year before my wedding and she as soon as we were in touch she started right away on asking questions and getting to know my husband and I. She had the ceremony done months in advance.
As most bride’s know, if you want your dress on time, you have to lie to the tailor. This is not the case with Bonnie, she did not procrastinate at all. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted. Bonnie was very sweet and funny, someone we are glad to have had the opportunity to meet.
I HIGHLY recommend her, everything she did for us was absolutely perfect!
